Shipping Policy

All non-UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply. If you request a re-consignment to have your machine delivered to a different address than originally specified on the order a $35.00 re-consignment charge will apply.


We cannot ship to PO or APO Boxes with internet orders. There are a couple of reasons for this. One is that many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for postal boxes. Our on-line order system can’t determine what size of box your order will ship in. Another reason is that we ship items, like treadmill lubricant, that cannot be shipped through the US postal service.

When Will My Order Arrive

Your order will arrive within two weeks of the date you purchased it, unless the product is out of stock. If this is the case, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.

Assembling Product

We can only guarantee curbside delivery. You’ll have to take it from there. Assembly is required on most of our equipment. As part of your initial purchase of your exercise equipment we do offer an in-home delivery assembly service in many locations. Please call 1-888-308-9616 for details.


If you have already received your exercise equipment and would like to pay forĀ  a certified technician come to your home and assemble it for you please call 1-800-445-2480. The price is based on the type of equipment you purchased. You may also be responsible for a trip charge depending on your region.


To help speed things along when you call please make sure that you have this information readily available:

  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • Contact Information
  • Credit Card (Payment will need to be made in advance)
