Pedal Legs Are Rubbing Against the Track Cover
Please note that this article only pertains to certain models of FreeStriders. An example of one of these models is shown below.
If an unusual noise is coming from beneath your feet as you exercise on your FreeStrider, the pedal arms may be rubbing against the track cover.
To resolve this problem, grasp the edge of the track cover and gently pull it up towards the pedals. Do this at the top, middle, and bottom areas of the track cover. Test to see if the noise has been eliminated by pedaling on the FreeStrider. Repeat the steps if necessary to fix the problem. A step-by-step video guide is available below.
