Are my replacement parts covered under warranty?

All manufacturers’ warranties begin from the date of purchase of the machine. Refer to the back cover of your owner’s manual for the exact terms of your parts warranty. If you have registered your machine, you may also log into your NordicTrack account to see the coverage of your parts warranty.

Can I order warrantied parts from the NordicTrack website?

Warrantied parts may only be ordered by calling our Customer Care team at 1-877-993-7999. Be prepared to give the serial and model number of the machine, the purchase details of your machine (date and location of purchase, purchase price, proof of purchase), and your contact and shipping information.

Non-warranty parts may be ordered by calling our Sales team at 1-877-660-1174 or by ordering directly online.

How will my parts ship?

Replacement parts ship via UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service). The shipping method may vary depending on the part being shipped, the shipping location, or the shipping method selected.

When will my parts arrive?

Parts orders are typically shipped out in 24-48 business hours if they are in stock. Shipping time will vary based on the shipping method. Orders typically arrive in 10 business days from the date of shipment. Parts orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

What if my part is out of stock?

You can still order an out of stock part. Stock status is updated daily. You may track your order to see the current status of your part.

How do I return my non-warranty part?

Non-warranty replacement parts must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and will all original components, and with a copy of the original packing slip. Credit will be issued in 2-4 weeks after the part is received at our returns center, less a 10% restocking fee and the shipping costs. Please send the returned part to the following address:
