How can I pay for my order?

NordicTrack accepts payment by credit cards through Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express only. We also offer the NordicTrack Financing Program that provides no money down financing for fitness equipment purchases. Visit our financing information page to learn more or to apply. Customers who wish to pay by check or money order can call 877-660-1174 to place the order. Then, send a check or money order for the total amount made out to Icon Health and Fitness, along with the order number to:

NordicTrack will bill your account once the product has been shipped from our warehouse. Sales tax is applicable in some states and will be added to the order if applicable. Pricing is valid only within the continental U.S.

How do I track my order?

This link will allow you to track your order. Please note that it may take 24 hours after an order is placed for it to appear in our system.

If you have found your order and the shipping status is blank, it means that your order is in the process of being shipped

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders may take 3-5 business day to ship. Shipments are sent out from Monday to Friday. Shipping time varies. Most orders arrive in 10 business days after the date of shipment, though this time may vary. Delivery of the machine may take longer depending on your available time to receive the machine and the chosen delivery option.

Can I change the address that the machine is being shipped to after it has shipped?

No. The machine must be delivered to the address that is provided at the time the order is submitted. If it cannot go to the address that is submitted, you may return the product to us (please see our return policy) and then place a new order at your updated address.

Can I ship my machine to a P.O. or APO Box?

We cannot ship to P.O. or APO Boxes with internet orders. Many of our products are large and ship in boxes that are larger than the post office will accept for postal boxes, and our online order system cannot determine what size of box your order will ship in.

How will my machine be delivered?

When the machine is in your area, the shipping company will make several attempts to contact you in order to set up a delivery time frame. Delivery times may vary by company. If the shipping company cannot reach you after several attempts, they may make arrangements to return the machine to our warehouse. At that point, return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

What are my delivery options?

We offer four kinds of deliveries: curbside, threshold, room of choice, and full assembly.

  • Curbside delivery means that the machine will be delivered directly to the curbside of your home by the shipping company.
  • Threshold deliveries will be brought to the front doorway of your home.
  • Room of Choice deliveries will bring the machine to the desired location within your home.
  • Full Assembly deliveries will bring the machine to the desired location within your home, and then it will be fully assembled.
