Extending My Warranty

Part and labor warranties can be extended past the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty by purchasing an extended warranty. To purchase an extended warranty, you may call our sales team at 877-660-1174 or our extended warranty provider, Universal Technical Services (UTS), at 800-677-3838.

There are two types of extended warranties: Premier and Standard.

Premier Plans:

Premier plans are an extension of the manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labor. In addition, this plan includes an annual maintenance check by a certified technician. During this visit, the technician will complete a 15 point checklist that covers all the vital areas of the machine, including but not limited to console controls, normal wear and tear locations, motor belt tension, and electronic dusting and cleaning.

Premier plans start from the original date of purchase of the covered product.

Standard Plans:

This plan is an extension of the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty covering parts and labor. Unlike premier plans, standard plans begin at the end of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Am I Eligible For An Extended Warranty?

Eligibility for extended warranties is dependent on the length of the manufacturer’s labor warranty for your machine. The following warranty lengths are eligible for extended warranties during the timeframe listed:

  • 90-day labor: the full duration of the manufacturer’s labor warranty from the date of purchase
  • 1 year labor: the full duration of the manufacturer’s labor warranty from the date of purchase
  • >1 year labor: the duration of the labor warranty up to the first two years. For example, if your machine is covered with a 3 year labor warranty, you are eligible for an extended warranty during the first two years of the labor warranty from the date of purchase.
